The Lily Tino Controversy: Transgender Bathroom Filming at Disney World

Carol Marks

TALK TO ME, TEXT IT

Have you ever wondered where the line between content creation and invasion of privacy exists? Today's episode dives deep into a disturbing case that's pushing those boundaries to their limits.

We kick off with a personal victory - celebrating a 10-pound weight loss milestone after four weeks of strict keto, proving that discipline pays off even in challenging situations like vacation travel. But the heart of our discussion centers on trans TikTok personality Lily Tino (Nicholas Cantino), who's facing potential legal consequences after filming women in Disney World bathrooms without consent. With over 400,000 followers watching his content, this raises serious questions about privacy rights in the digital age.

Florida state law explicitly forbids recording in bathrooms, defining them as places with reasonable expectation of privacy, with violations carrying penalties of up to five years imprisonment. One woman has already recognized herself in Tino's widely-shared bathroom footage and is considering legal action. Other women report feeling uncomfortable with his presence and apparent observation in these private spaces. This case exemplifies the troubling intersection of content creation, consent, and the commodification of private spaces for social media engagement.

We also touch on two additional headlines - an online shopper hit with a surprising $1000 tariff bill from a popular retailer (which may be a scam), and the controversial mile-long tank parade being organized for the Army's 250th anniversary in DC. This military display raises questions about the line between patriotic celebration and authoritarian imagery in America.

What are your thoughts on military parades in American society? Do they celebrate our armed forces appropriately or send concerning signals? Share your perspective and join the conversation about today's most thought-provoking topics.

Speaker 1:

Well, hello, good morning, happy Tuesday. All right, I'm down 10 pounds, Finally broke a milestone this morning when I got on the scale. I'm not going to tell you, although I really don't care, really, really I don't know but anyway I'm down 10 pounds. Yay, I tell you. It's been rough. We are on our fourth week of strict keto lots of water, lots of vegetables, some fruit, protein, that kind of thing, and smaller portions, of course. We even went to Tunica and stuck to our keto diet. That is a huge accomplishment, but I'm serious about this. I've got to get rid of this weight that I have. Um, all right, anyway, moving on, we are going.

Speaker 1:

You know, at first I thought I'm not gonna have a lot to talk about, but then, as soon as I pull up in the parking lot, I pull up Twitter and, ta-da, twitter delivers for me, x delivers, all right. Uh, this is from reduxinfo. Now, if you don't know what Redux is, you should go follow them, because it tells you all of the crazy trans stuff that's going on. And yes, it's still going on and we need to be on top of this. It's Reduxinfo. You can probably I'm sure I've shared out a couple of stories from them. They're on X. They're easy to find. Alright, here we go. I appreciate all of these reporters that are dedicating their time and effort to report on these things. There's a whole, this whole website is dedicated just to that.

Speaker 1:

All right, trans TikToker, lily Tino, and you know who he is. You have seen him all over the freaking place, lily Tino, and you know who he is. You have seen him all over the freaking place. He's the one he records himself at a restaurant and then he starts complaining to the waiter or waitresses or servers because he's been misgendered. He's had, bless his heart. Supposedly he's had feminization surgery on his face didn't help, not, you can't even tell really that he had it, but he's posted about it before. All right, trans tick tocker, lily Tino, facing possible legal action from a woman who he caught on camera while taking photos in female restroom at Disney World. You've seen him on there. You've seen him share this before. What is it with these men who put dresses on and wigs on and they still look ugly as hell? They're trying to cosplay a woman. What is their obsession? Going into the restroom and filming themselves in the women's restroom? What is that? All right, a woman photographed in a female bathroom by an infamous trans-identified TikToker has announced she is considering taking legal action against him for violating her privacy. Yes, she should do it now.

Speaker 1:

Nicholas Sylvan Cantino, known online as Lily Tino, is a transgender content creator with over 400,000 followers across social media. Cantino skyrocketed to notoriety after repeatedly filming himself berating frontline staff at restaurants after they accidentally misgendered him. His most viral video on TikTok, which has over 39 million views at the time of writing, is a compilation of those incidents where he claims that being called sir, despite looking like a man dressing up in women's clothing, feels like a knife in the heart. Recently, cantino traveled to disney world in florida, where he not only oh, I thought, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute what was he doing in florida? I thought they were tracking down and locking up and harassing all of these transgender people in Florida. I thought that's what they were doing in Florida. And then he wanted to travel there. Wow, all right. So he traveled to Disney World in Florida, where he not only continued his usual content being misgendered by waitstaff, but he also decided to inspect and rate a number of women's bathrooms at the theme park.

Speaker 1:

Who does this? Only a trans person? Only a man with mental problems. Perversion, because he's an autogod affiliate. If you don't know what that is, look it up. He gets off on pretending he's a woman. He gets off on pretending he's a woman.

Speaker 1:

So he wanted to inspect and rate a number of women's bathrooms at the theme park Sicko. This included taking selfies of himself just outside of the stalls where many women were present, probably children too. His experience using the bathrooms ranged from 910 because he was supposedly told he looked cute. Oh no, no, no. To 210 because he was given a weird look. Yeah, yeah, you would not only get a weird look from me, but I would probably try to escort your ass out or tell you to at least leave and to get out. Oh, yeah, I would. I would fuck it. What are they gonna do to me? In another video he bragged about be peeing standing up in one of the bathrooms. Oh, I'm gonna throw up, I'm gonna fucking throw up. So this guy, he's not. He is a full-on autogynephilia. Yes, he is. Oh my gosh. 10, 10 women's bathroom experience of trans women would recommend.

Speaker 1:

Okay, a number of women were visible in the photos that he posted last week, resulting in a mass of comments on tiktok, wherein people noted that taking pictures of women in public bathrooms without their consent and then posting it online is illegal in the state of florida and calling it a clear violation of privacy. So here we go flat. Florida statute 8, 10.149 defines a bathroom where a public or private as placed with a reasonable expectation of privacy. Recording someone undressing or using the facilities without consent is explicitly forbidden and penalized and can include up to five years in prison. Yes, oh, I hope she seeks charges. If not, I hope I hope ron desantis will seek charges. If he can do that, please do it and put this motherfucker in prison and don't let him go to a women's prison either. Oh, please do it, please. Oh, I pray that this happens.

Speaker 1:

One woman caught up in Cantina's photograph recognized herself in the post and revealed that she was planning to seek legal advice regarding the upload because she doesn't know what else was taken without her permission in what was supposed to be a private area where she can feel safe. The user has since made their account private. Another TikTok user by the name of Caitlin Foster said that Cantino had been entering the women's bathroom at Disney World for a number of years and that she had personally seen him a few years ago with her daughter years, and that she had personally seen him a few years ago with her daughter. According to Foster Cantino, who began transitioning in 2022, he's not transitioned. I don't care if they even. If they have, what is it? What does it constitute as transition? I think, if you look it up, transition could just simply mean that you want to be recognized as a woman. You don't have to do anything else, just say you're a woman and you've transitioned.

Speaker 1:

Stood out like a sore thumb and that other women were noticeably disturbed in his presence as he was doing a lot of observing. Oh my God, no, sir, out Out, out, out, out. That's what I would say. Oh my gosh, no, she posted that because he was standing around. He may have been waiting for women to confront him in order to make a video, oh content. Well, videotape me then, and your ass is going to go to prison because you're videotaping me in the bathroom. Get the fuck out out. I don't care. Videotapepe me, oh my gosh. Cantino has made multiple posts where transphobes or trolls have confronted him before. This person has no business in Disney World, foster concluded.

Speaker 1:

Writing in the New York Post, kirsten Fleming said it was awfully bizarre to fetishize a toilet and access to a place where women simply want privacy. We want to get in and out. We do not want some creep in many ears taking photos and posting them for the masses like it's an act of public service. Oh my gosh, this article goes on. I hope you go read it. Wow, wow, I hope they seek charges.

Speaker 1:

I did not mean to spend the whole time on this. I had other topics. Hold on. Yeah, I had a couple more topics here on x. I did put them out there on x if you want to go read them.

Speaker 1:

This online shopper slammed with a thousand dollar tariff bill after ordering from popular retailer. I had no idea. It's the popular retailer called asos and it's I guess it's a British. It's also in the UK as well, but it's not China, from what I understand. I'm not sure, but just the New York Post saying that. It's not China, from what I understand, I'm not sure, but just the New York Post saying that it's. It didn't say anything about being a China thing. But, ma'am, I think you're being. She received a thousand dollar bill for her shopping. She claims it was for tariffs. Ma'am, I think you're being scammed. Do not pay that bill.

Speaker 1:

Second topic was mile long of tanks rolling to DC after a 1300 mile journey ahead of Army's 250th anniversary once in a lifetime parade. So Trump is going to have a parade, not only for his birthday but for America's birthday, to Army's birthday or something like that, and it's going to be like a military parade with all these tanks. I don't know how I feel about that. It reminds me of, back in the day, hitler, when he Hitler had these kind of parades too, did he not? I think China has these kind of parades, north Korea has these kinds of parades. I don't know if I like this or not, but maybe it'll be. Maybe it'll be not so rigid. I don't know, we'll see, I guess. What do you think? What are your thoughts on that? That is not the question of the day. Here we go. Question of the day. Actually, that is the question of the day. What do you think of the upcoming military-style parade that Trump is going to have in DC? Tell me your thoughts on it, please. Okay, gotta go. Love y'all.
