Migrant Crime & Government Cover-Ups
A decorated Marine veteran who survived multiple deployments to Iraq now fights for his life after being shot by an individual who should never have been on our streets. Jimmy Fries, a 44-year-old father of a five-month-old baby, was working as a security guard when he attempted to confiscate a weapon from a patron at El Patio Sports Bar in San Antonio. The confrontation ended with Fries being shot three times, including once through the neck, leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak.
The shooter, Wilmer Vladimir Ortiga Ruiz, had been arrested four times previously, repeatedly released on minimal bond amounts, and consistently failed to appear for court hearings. Each time, instead of facing deportation or serious consequences, charges were reduced and opportunities for freedom were extended. The district attorney's decision to pursue only aggravated assault charges rather than attempted murder has further outraged the victim's family, who believe justice is being deliberately undermined through prosecutorial decisions that prioritize leniency over public safety.
Beyond this heartbreaking story, we examine claims of a physical altercation between Elon Musk and Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, with the White House characterizing what some reports described as a body-check as merely a "robust disagreement." We also explore a bombshell Pentagon report suggesting that military officials deliberately planted UFO conspiracy theories about Area 51 to provide cover for classified weapons programs. These narratives reveal a troubling pattern of institutional manipulation and information control that should concern every American who values transparency and accountability. What do you believe about Area 51? Are there aliens, or is it all an elaborate government misdirection? Share your thoughts with us and join the conversation!

Well, hello, good morning. Another week, another dollar, right? Um, los Angeles is burning down. I look, I'm not gonna cover it because you're gonna hear all about it today all over the news. I hope I'm sure, um, but I honestly don't know how it started because I, sorry, have not been paying attention that much to it and I don't know why. Well, well, we went out of town this weekend so I wasn't really in tune with the news like I normally am.
Speaker 1:Uh, I guess it started over the weekend with because there were protesters look, can we just call them little terrorists instead of protesters, because that's what they are. The way nick sorter reported it was that it was an invasion by a bunch of mexicans or illegals or whatever here taking over the streets of los angeles, and it was, I guess, because they were protesting. Ice, ice agents. I'm not sure how it started. Maybe you can school me in on that, or I'll hear about it today, now that I'm going to be listening to the news again. So you know I'm not going to say anything about it, because what can I say? I'm going to go on with the other stories that I'm going to bring you that you're not probably going to hear about in the news because of all the other stuff, you did actually hear about this one thing in the news, and it is the marine vet fighting for his life, paralyzed after being shot by a legal migrant, surprise, surprise who had been arrested and released not once, not twice, not three times, but four times that we know of. And this guy has a five-month-old baby. He was working as a security guard at a bar, I believe. So he's from texas. He's fighting for his life after a serial recidivist, illegal migrant how about illegal alien, illegal person being here who shot him while he was working as a security guard, excuse me, sorry. And his outraged family says the Democratic District attorney in San Antonio is soft, peddling the charges after letting his attacker walk free following four prior arrests. What happened to three strikes? You're out. Remember that? I think that was a Bill Clinton thing.
Speaker 1:Jimmy fries, 44, who survived multiple overseas deployments, including to Iraq, during his 14 years in the Marines, is now paralyzed and can no longer speak. He was working at the El Patio Sports Bar and that's what it says El Patio Sports Bar when he spotted a man apparently carrying a handgun in his pocket and tried to confiscate it. His brother-in-law, emmanuel martinez told the post. The customer, identified by cops as wilmer vladimir ortiga ruiz, 29, refused to give up the pistol and they fought over and, surprise, surprise, the guy got shot three times twice in the bulletproof vest he was wearing and once through the neck. All right, you ready to hear what all this guy was arrested for?
Speaker 1:Otiga Ruiz was first arrested in San Antonio and charged with a DWI in October of 2020. According to court records, he was let go on a personal recognition bond but failed to show in court. The Bexar County District Attorney's Office then downgraded the DWI charge to obstructing a passageway. So he gets charged with the DWI, doesn't show up to court and they say, okay, well, let's lessen the charge. What in the hell? Ortega-ruez pleaded guilty to that charge but violated the terms of his probation surprise, surprise and was arrested for a second time in August of 2023. Why is he still here? When they arrested him, send his ass back. What in the world? He was let go again after posting only $1,500 bond amount and failed to show up in court for a later hearing. Surprise, surprise, the illegal migrant got collared a third time in September of 2023, just months later and bonded out for another $1,500, again failing to show in court at a later hearing. These people, just these people, just don't care. He was arrested. He was then arrested for a fourth time in november 2024 again months later, oh my gosh and sentenced to time served nearly three weeks later. Wow, they know they're not saying what all he was arrested for, but he was still arrested. And then let go, didn't show up. Arrested, let go, didn't show up, my goodness.
Speaker 1:Ortega Ruiz was also allegedly the center of an assault investigation in which his girlfriend reported he physically attacked her. Surprise, surprise. I mean, this is their MO, this is what they do. But he had fled the scene before cops arrived. Of course he did. Law enforcement sources said he sneaked into the country as a gotaway, but he didn't. He wasn't a gotaway because they caught his ass four GD times and they did nothing. N-o-t-h-i-n-g, my goodness. So meanwhile, the Bexar County District Attorney's Office has only pursued aggravated assault charges against Ortega Ruiz and set his bond amount at $200,000 in his latest alleged offense. So they're only charging him with aggravated assault.
Speaker 1:How about attempted fucking murder? These people? I swear I can't, I can't. I sound like Keith. I can't F them. I just, I, I, I, I, I just I can't. I'm like, sound like Keith, I can't f them. I just I, I, I, I just I give up. I don't know what to do. There's nothing I can do. I'm just a little person over here, you know, doing a stupid podcast, reading these things. What do you do? All right, this next story is so bizarre to me I don't believe a fucking word of it.
Speaker 1:White House press secretary brushes off reports about Musk being body checked by the treasury chief, besent robust disagreement from the new york post. There was a previous article over the weekend and I almost put it out there and I thought, no, I am not gonna help propel this bullshit. It was reported, uh, in the new york post and it was reporting that steve bannon said all of this and witnessed this. And I'm sorry, you may be a Steve Bannon fan, take him with a grain of salt, I don't care for him at all. White House okay, here we go.
Speaker 1:White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt on Sunday downplayed reports Elon Musk body-checked Treasury Secretary Scott Besant in a heated meeting, calling their dispute simply a robust disagreement. Leavitt acknowledged to Fox News Sunday Morning Futures that she wasn't in the room when the April dust-up took place, but contended she wouldn't call it a fistfight. Based on what she heard secondhand about the scrum, which supposedly included musk ramming into besant's rib cage like a rugby player, I certainly wouldn't describe it as a fist fight. Maria levitt levitt told host maria bartirimo after the journalist characterized it as much. It was definitely a disagreement. Although I was not there, I didn't witness it with my own eyes.
Speaker 1:When the story originally broke, I said from the podium that there have definitely been healthy disagreements amongst the cabinet and Elon Musk. She said there were times in which they got frustrated with one another. Of course that's to be expected, but I think that really speaks to the heart of this cabinet and the president's team and they can have these robust disagreements and then still come together to do the right thing. So apparently the original story was that they were in this meeting. Trump was not president. A president Trump was not there, present in the room, when this happened. But apparently this is what was reported by Steve Bannon I don't even know if he was in the room or not saying that Besant was calling Elon a fraud, like out to his face, out loud, calling him a fraud, and then Elon got mad and kind of body checked him in the you know, like a rugby player. Come on, I don't believe any of that. Not at all.
Speaker 1:All right, next story and the last one Pentagon secretly planted Area 51 UFO conspiracy theory to hide classified weapons program. In a bombshell report this, I believe conspiracy theories, including about aliens being housed at Area 51 in Nevada, were fueled by the Pentagon in an attempt to provide cover for secret weapons programs. According to a bombshell report this I believe a review by the Department of Defense found that in 1980s, an Air Force colonel visited a Nevada bar near Area 51 and gave the owner fabricated photos of flying saucers near the secret government base. According to a review of the 2024 report by the Wall Street Journal. You can go finish reading that if you would like. It goes on and on and on. I don't know, maybe you know. I want to say I believe it, but then I'm thinking maybe it's a cover, maybe it's a cover for the cover. Oh well, you know what I mean. Okay, it's been a great weekend. We went to Tunica, came back with more money than we went with, which is good, and yeah, that's about it.
Speaker 1:I need a question of the day. Well, we'll just go with the Area 51. Do you believe that Area 51 has aliens or evidence of aliens, or some kind of evidence of aliens. You know what I'm saying, do you? Or do you think it's just a secret, super secret weapons program? What are you? Probably a little bit of both. Maybe Do you think they have aliens there. Tell me the truth. That's the question of the day. All right, I gotta go. Thanks for listening. Love y'all, bye.
